Make a Training Chatbot
Businesses often spend lots of money to train new workers.
You can save time and resources by using an AI chatbot. Think about a new worker who could ask the chatbot how to find paperwork or what to do if someone files a complaint.

📝 3 Articles You Should Know About

Summary: OpenAI has started a new team, 'alignment', to keep AI safe and under human control. They want to make sure that as AI gets smarter, it still respects our rules and values
Key points:
OpenAI introduces the 'alignment' division to control superintelligent AI.
Current AI alignment techniques may fall short with superintelligence.
OpenAI plans to build an automated alignment researcher to handle superintelligence.
OpenAI's alignment division will explore adversarial testing and develop methods to detect and rectify AI misalignment.
Our take: I’m on the fence about this as I can see AI growing so quickly that it can become dangerous. Rules & regulations wouldn’t be able to catch up. But, I don’t want to be limited by my AI usage as I’ve seen while using tools like Midjourney

Summary: ChatGPT4 API is now available to all paying customers. You no longer have to get on a waitlist to get access.
Key points:
GPT4 API now available to all paying OpenAI customers
OpenAI shifts focus to Chat Completions API, deprecating older models
Older models to be replaced from January 4, 2024. APIs for Whisper, DALL-E, and GPT-3.5 Turbo now generally available

Summary: The increased usage of AI in workplaces has raised concerns over job displacement. This is now evident from a recent case where a copywriter was replaced by AI in her job role.
Key points:
Generative AI is perceived as adequate for specific roles like social media writing.
Copywriter Olivia Lipkin's job termination due to AI implementation underscores this concern.
Microsoft advocates AI as a supportive tool rather than a complete replacement for humans.
Long-term consequences of AI implementation in workforce should be carefully assessed.
Our take: AI won’t be the one taking your job. It’s the person behind the AI that will. I think AI will certainly replace jobs, but will also create jobs as someone needs to create the AI automation process and train the AI to do its job. The question is will AI replace more jobs that it will create
