Here is a prompt you can use to help you understand what tasks you can eliminate to free up your time to reach your goals

Step 1: List your primary goals

Here is how you can use ChatGPT to help you understand what tasks actually align with your longer term goals

Write down your main business or personal goals, for example:

• Reach 20,000 followers on Instagram

• Reach 50,000 subscribers on YouTube

• Earn $2,500/mo in content creation

Step 2: List your tasks

Now we want to list every activity we do during a normal week or given day, for example:

• bouldering session

• 2 hours of video games

• cooking steak & eggs for breakfast

• walk around the neighborhood

• 2 Instagram stories per day

• 1 Instagram Reels post per day

• 1 YouTube video a week

• 1 hour meet with web developer

Step 3: Use prompt below to discover ways to save your time
